Yes, indeed, we are all intertwined – people, nature, the cosmos. What we do, what we think, how we feel, ultimately effects everything else, and vice versa. So may I suggest that we stay as mindful as possible throughout the day. Recognize how our actions and thoughts may impact others. Be aware how the actions of others, whether next door or across the world, can impact us and how we are feeling. Stay grounded. Remain compassionate. Notice judgments and strive for neutrality. Be love. After all, we are in this together.
