True Alignment is about aligning body, mind and spirit to your soul’s path. It has to do with how your spirituality affects your attitudes which affect your physical body.

Dr. Baranowski’s approach to health care includes tuning in to where energy is blocked in the body and to what is causing it.  She often encourages dialogue with the client’s “Inner Wisdom” to uncover the emotional, physical or spiritual causes underlying physical symptoms so they can be processed and released. She also uses the gentle hands-on techniques of Soft-Touch Chiropractic and CranioSacral therapy to help release the physical blocks to healing,  while nutritional supplements, dietary changes, flower essences, exercises and various relaxation techniques  are utilized as necessary to further enhance the healing process. Christine also facilitates distance healing sessions over the phone in cases where face-to-face sessions are not feasible.

Therapy sessions generally last 30-60 minutes and are designed according to the individual’s age and needs. Clients of all ages, infants to seniors, can benefit from these sessions. An initial Chiropractic  or CranioSacral evaluation and treatment session typically lasts one hour and costs $115.  Follow up sessions are charged according to the amount of therapy time, at $40 for the initial 15 minutes, then $25 for each additional 15 minutes.  Payment is due at the time services are  rendered and can be paid by Cash, Check , MasterCard or Visa.  Dr. Baranowski is NOT an insurance or Medicare provider. If you want to submit your bills personally to an insurance provider special arrangements  can be made , but billing will be according to services provided and not time. No Medicare billing is allowed.

Therapy sessions can be helpful in addressing such health problems as: (1) back, head and neck pain; (2) tingling, pain or weakness in the shoulders, arms, hands, hips, legs or feet; (3)  hormonal disturbances, such as PMS, Menopause, thyroid disorders or adrenal dysfunction; (4) digestive disorders and food sensitivities;  (5) allergies;  (6) learning disabilities; (7) depression; and (8) other various symptoms from physical or emotional trauma.
